Prep/Paint/Sprayer
We are a specialist with the Jaguar marque and offer a full restoration service. It is our mission to build to the highest standard whilst maintaining the originality of the factory finish. We are looking to add a Prep/Paint/Sprayer to our team.
The ideal candidate will have;
- 1 years' experience in a similar role
- A positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Good personal presentation
- Good sense of humour
- An interest in classic cars (preferable but not compulsory)
Desirable skills/experience;
- Good preparation including filler work
- A good eye for detail and shapes
- Panel aligning and adjusting
- Basic skills in panel repair
- Basic skills in preparation for paint
- Comply with workshop heath & safety regulations
Your responsibilities will include;
- Preparing bare metal for repairs
- Line and sight of panels
- Component mock-up
- Body and component modifications to ensure good fitment
- General body work preparation
The ability to apply primer and paint is not compulsory for this role.
You will be required to under-go a skills test at interview.
Working hours: 40 hours + some overtime
Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 (salary negotiable based on experience)
Location: Beaulieu, Hampshire
